Kinsella spent the last five years as real estate manager for Chicago-based Cogent Communications, where his client roster included companies on the Fortune 500 list, start-ups and secondary education institutions.
Earlier this month, Michael P. McKiernan agreed to become Cushman & Wakefield's Midwest area leader, leaving Grubb & Ellis after 13 years. He had risen to senior managing director and executive vice president. The Rosemont office already had lured top brokers Walter R. Murphy and Pat Sullivan from the Grubb & Ellis in that same northwest suburb.
