Bravo Ristorante has reserved 4,000 sf and Renaissance Homes, 4,400 sf. The Shops at Granite Park will deliver in December. Greg Fuller, Granite's managing director, tells GlobeSt.com that he wholeheartedly believes occupancy will be above 50% when it's time to turn over keys to tenants. He has another 9,000 sf to 12,000 sf in the pipeline for the 90-acre office park as he puts out feelers for more venues that are a good match for the park.

Granite wants a tenant-driven retail venue aimed at making life easier for users more so than mass curb appeal for the general public despite the freeway visibility. The park already boasts a health club, day-care operation and bank.

Bravo is the newest undertaking of restaurateur Rino Brigliadori, former owner of the world-class Modo Mio. Brigliadori says Granite Park's location is "second to none in terms of prestige and visibility," the main reason that he and Renaissance Homes, a leading homebuilder, signed on the dotted line.

Paric Corp., with offices in St. Louis and Dallas, holds the general contractors' award. BOKA/Powell's Dallas office designed the project, which is being rolled out as the next-door neighbor to the ever-popular Blue Mesa Grill.
