Airborne Express was represented in the transaction by Kenneth Lundberg, senior vice president of NAI James E. Hanson Inc., based in Hackensack, NJ. The 47-year-old real estate services firm is one of the original members of NAI, the international real estate service provider.
Paul Gavin, formerly of the Trammell Crow Co., represented the owner of the property, AMB Property Corp. The latter, a San Francisco-based owner and operator of industrial properties, has its East Coast offices in Boston.
