Casimir Groblewski, vice president, and Stanley Sidel, senior vice president of Legg Mason Real Estate Services/Spectrum Financial, arranged the sale of the property by acting on behalf of the seller and also procuring the buyer. Groblewski also arranged permanent mortgage financing of five million dollars for the property. "This is a premier property leased on a long term basis with outstanding visibility from Route 3," he says.

Braintree Marketplace is a 350,000 sf power center located on Route 3 near the intersection of Route 128. Other tenants at the center include Kmart, Borders Books, Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, Sports Authority, Babies R Us, and PetsMart.

CompUSA is the largest chain of its kind in the US with over 200 stores.
