The Garibaldi Group of Chatham has gotten the exclusive to move the property, with the firm's Peter D. Blanchard and James Southey heading the effort. The property is available immediately, according to Blanchard.
The complex, which sits on 15 acres, includes a modern 18,000-sf office building with drive-up reception and new HVAC. It also features a former estate house that has been used for offices and conference rooms, as well as an old barn that has been converted to offices and dining use. The estate house features open fireplaces and wood paneling.
And because of the relatively large size of the site, according to Blanchard, there is potential to subdivide the northwestern part of the tract for residential development.
