Clark DCC Builders of Longwood, FL is managing the construction of the three-story concrete buildings which are expected to be ready for occupancy in April 2003. A projected rent schedule for the one, two and three-bedroom units hasn't been announced.
GMAC and HUD-secured loans are funding the venture.
