"This is the second build-to-suit that EOP has done for us at our McLean campus," BoozAllen director of facilities and administrative services Gary Lance says. "The service level everyone provided--from the lease negotiation process through design and construction--reflected the level of quality we've come to expect from them." The building also features a six-story, 930-space parking garage that is to be shared with EJ Randolph I, the neighboring 165,000-sf structure that was built in 1984. With the addition of EJ Randolph II, BoozAllen's campus now consists of 850,000-sf of office space.
