"The First Interstate Tower North is centrally located and meets our needs," says Michael Sanchez, chief executive with Sherman & Howard. "By remaining in this location, there is no disruption in service to our clients and their businesses, which is our primary focus."

Frederick Ross Company · ONCOR International's Nathan Johnson, senior managing director, and Phil Ruschmeyer, senior managing director, represented Sherman & Howard in the lease.

"By working with a team of Sherman & Howard attorneys, we were able to craft a very sophisticated lease providing maximum corporate flexibility for our client," Johnson says.

Cushman and Wakefield's Steven Schwab represented the property owner, Prudential.
