Page Southerland Page, an architectural firm, signed an expansion agreement for 5,010 sf on the seventh floor. The expansion brings the firm's total presence in the building to 21,000 sf. David Price of Houston's Strategis Cresa represented the tenant in the lease.
Chicago-based Walton Street Capital is the building owner. Walton Street Capital owns two other Galleria office buildings. Kenneth Wise of the Houston office of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the building owner in the trio of leases. Wise tells GlobeSt.com that the building's lease rates are ranging from $21 per sf to $23 per sf.
Investment banking firm, Debellas & Co. will occupy 4,906 sf, also on the seventh floor. Tami Pearson with the Houston office of Moody Rambin Interests spoke for the tenant during lease talks.
The third in the stack is a 2,250-sf pact for RePipe. It will occupy a fourth-floor office. The firm used an in-house exec to seal the deal.
