Come Aug. 1, locally based Deepwater Corrosion Services Inc. will occupy its build-to-suit facility at Tanner Freeport Business Center along Brittmoore Road. The facility will serve as the firm's corporate headquarters, now located along North Eldridge Parkway.
Deepwater Corrosion serves the offshore and marine industry through corrosion and integrity management and inspection services. John Ferruzzo of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial negotiated the lease, just officially signed on the tenant's behalf. The building owner, Clay Development & Construction was represented by corporate officer, Robert Clay.
In another Houston lease, King Warehouse Services & Cartage Co. took 35,560 sf of industrial space at 5544 Armour Dr. Doyle Toups with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the tenant. The King warehouse signing pushes the building, owned by Suburban Leases Inc. of Houston, to full occupancy.
