The transaction marks a major expansion for Palisades Technology Partners, which was founded here just three years ago and had been occupying 4,000 sf as its headquarters at 440 Sylvan Ave. The high-tech company provides technical support services, focusing on the pharmaceutical, financial services and data warehousing industries.
Physician WebLink, which has consolidated its own operations to another facility nearby, was represented in the transaction by Matt Seltzer of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey Inc.'s East Rutherford office, along with Jon Marks of the brokerage firm's Iselin, NJ office. Christopher Olsen and Jeffrey Babikian of Insignia/ESG of New Jersey, Saddle Brook, represented Palisades Technology Partners.
