Mark Roth, Mark Winters and David Townsend of Cushman & Wakefield represented Boston Properties, the owner of the building. Jeff Walker of Staubach Companies represented ICF Consulting.

The 80,000-sf, three-story building was previously fully leased to Mercer Management Co., which is owned by Marsh McLennan. Roth tells GlobeSt.com that Mercer is planning to vacate all its space to move into offices in the city leased by Marsh McLennan. The consulting company's lease is up in the first quarter of next year but it agreed to vacate this space early to enable ICF to move in.

The building, which is located near Route 2, is being marketed at $27.50 per sf, says Roth.
