Modesto, CA-based United States Intermodal Services will use the building, located on 16,17 acres near I-55 and I-355, for wine distribution. In addition to the expressway access, Catellus has agreed to add 20 docks and eight rail doors for access to Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad tracks.

NAI Hiffman executive vice president Gerald J. Keating, SIOR, CCIM represented United States Intermodal Services in the Woodridge deal while Catellus was represented by Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler senior vice president Vernon F. Schultz, SIOR and vice president Brent R. DeNoble.
