In the second transaction, CBA Information Services, an Experian affiliate credit bureau, has signed a long-term lease for 21,675 sf at 771 Cuthbert Blvd. in nearby Cherry Hill, NJ. I/ESG again represented the tenant, which is using the space as its national headquarters, according to Sarkisian.
