The lease rate is approximately $0.65 per sf industrial gross, Kurt Saulnier with the Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com.
McClain will move into the property on August 1, 2002 from its former location at 2235 W. 1st Street in Tempe. Saulnier says the firm's former office was about 3,000 sf representing a significant expansion. The lease term is three years.
Saulnier represented the McClain Co. in the lease negotiations. Randy Warner was the in-house representative for Arizona Industrial Properties.
