The firm is moving its headquarters after more than 10 years in Downtown Dallas. Rob Pipkin, managing director of Mohr Partners Inc., is the firm's corporate real estate advisor and handled the transaction.
Mohr's prepared statement didn't disclose the length and value of the lease or cite quoted average rents at the property.
Sandie Matejek and Malcolm Ross of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the building owner.
