The Archdiocese has not yet formally filed its plan with the town's planning department but it has met with some town officials. The project will be located on Franklin Street at the site of the former St. Jean Baptiste church. It involves a 24-unit, 20,830-sf building, four two-family dwellings of 21,085 sf, four two-family dwellings of 29,441 sf and a two-family building of 3,597 sf.

According to Barbara Bedard, a town representative, the plan is to take down the church and the school building behind it and develop the new buildings. The Church, she notes, "has been empty for a long time." The units will be mixed income and affordable housing.
