WPI completed construction of the Decoto Business Park, a 126,000-sf, four building project in May 2002. Three of the buildings were pre-committed prior to commencement of construction. Decoto Business Park is located on 7th Street between Decoto Road and Mission Blvd. Ajax's building is located at 34585 SeventhSt.
"These buildings are the highest-end, quality buildings built in the Union City market," says Bob Ferraro, a vice president of Colliers International in Pleasanton. "It is the only speculative project builtover the last 12 months in the market and it's been a tremendous success. This sale shows continued strength in the sales market despite a weak leasing market."
