The office building is close to Poland's largest office park, the Mokotów Business Park. It provides 76,400 sf of office space let to international tenants such as Renault, Fortis Bank, Altadis and Medicover.

ZEI Fund's first foray into Warsaw marks a further step inits strategy of expansion in Central and Eastern Europe. It has already purchased five office buildings in Prague and two in Budapest believed to be worth a combined €200 million ($200 million)
