Schultz Will Manage and Lease 65,000-SF Office Building

Steven M. Schultz, a principal of the Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide, is heading the leasing assignment for the asset. The company's Monique Mazur is serving as the property manager.

"The office marketplace in Ocean County continues to flourish, and we expect demand for this office space to be strong among local corporate tenants," according to Schultz, who indicates that about 30,000 sf of space is currently available in the building.
