Kinetic IT Inc., a computer information systems company, has leased 4,644 sf at Pointe Corridor Centre IV, a 179,002-sf office building at 7878 N. 16th St. The firm will relocate from 24th Street and Thomas Road in Phoenix. Pat Horan of the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented Kinetic. Mike Myrick of the office advisory division of the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis Co. brokered the deal for the building owner.
Myrick also represented LSF Presidio Investments in a 4,307-sf lease with Provident Mutual Life Insurance for a spot in Concord Place, a 135,555-sf office building at 2999 N. 44th St. The relocation translates into an expansion for the insurance company. Adam Tolson of Phoenix-based Lee & Associates Arizona represented Mutual Life in the lease negotiations.
