The firm has at least 56 stores up and running in the metro Houston region. Jeff Scarborough of Scarborough Real Estate represented Hollywood Video in the lease negotiations.

The space is part of the 230,339-sf Eldridge Town Center. Anchors at the new center include Kroger, Kohl's, Petco and Hallmark. David Meyers was the in-house representative for the center owner, NewQuest. A Wal-Mart Supercenter is located directly across the street.

Houston-based NewQuest owns more than 45 retail centers in the Houston area. According to the firm, 57,680 vehicles per day pass on the northbound side of FM 1960 in front of the center. The southbound has a traffic flow of 54,605 while Eldridge Parkway has 20,070 eastbound vehicles and 21,222 westbound.
