Compco has spent £1.6 million ($2.5 million) on refurbishing the property, which included the installation of air conditioning throughout. Nigel Ross, Joint Chief Executive of Compco Holdings, said: "This is a significant letting for the area supporting the continued growth of our Midtown estate".
