A Tampa Bay real estate market professional for 12 years, Forte's primary responsibility will be managing Bayport Plaza at Rocky Point in Tampa Bay.
She has worked in third-party management with Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc., the Hogan Group, Rouse Co., McCormick Properties Inc., the Paragon group and Grubb & Ellis Management Services Inc.
Forte has been an active member of Building Owners and Managers Association since 1990. She received the highest Client Satisfaction Award for deals in Florida from Cushman & Wakefield, according to a prepared statement from Advantis.
