Leading the Colliers effort on the assignment will be the company's Co-Chairman Stephen J. Riker, who will be supported by a team of leasing specialists headed by Colliers Managing Director Michael Norris. The property has been completely repositioned for multi-tenant office use and more than 100,000 sf is already leased.
