An identically-sized Walgreens on 1.7 acres in Andover, KS sold for $3.51 million. Mid-America represented Blackhawk Enterprises of Albuquerque, NM, the seller of the property.
Closer to home, a 5,780-sf Baker's Square restaurant at 14651 S. LaGrange Rd. in Orland Park sold for just under $2.37 million. In addition to the eatery, the private investor got a 1.33-acre site in the southwest suburb.
