Capri Capital LP of Chicago arranged the six-year funding at 7.10 interest for owner Wimsatt-Mt. Washington I, a Kentucky limited partnership. The financing has a loan-to-value ratio of 80% and is being amortized over 25 years.
The campus-like 28-building complex, comprised of one-story and two-story structures, sits on 18.86 acres at 2400 Howell Branch Road, a major Winter Park thoroughfare.
The property has 45 efficiencies, 34 one-bedroom units, 193 two-bedroom units and 13 three-bedroom units. Average quoted rent is $500 per month.
