Freeport Chief Executive Sean Collidge said: "Construction will start mid August with completion at the end of 2003. The one million square foot designer outlet resort will be the largest in Europe and pre-commencement tenancy acceptances at the centre have been encouraging with enquiries for more than 60% of the space."
