MSC Industrial Direct, a tools and machinery supplier, re-ups for 12,665 sf at 9225 King James in the Brookhollow section. The tenant has been in the duplex industrial structure, owned by Robbins Property Co., for three years, Nathan Denton of Dallas' Henry S. Miller Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. He represented the tenant while Jerry Smith of Dollar Flowers, also a Dallas firm, negotiated the pact for the building owner.
In a 6,700-sf lease, United Computing Group also renewed its industrial space at 11420 Ferrell near the intersection of Royal Lane and Interstate 35. UCG was a tenant for five years at the AMB Properties-owned building. Denton was the tenant's rep and Meredith Gladtyz brokered the deal for Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co.
In an 8,350-sf flex lease, Special Care Home Oxygen and Medical Equipment relocated to Techcenter II at 1301 N. Plano Rd. in Richardson after spending more than a decade right up the street, says Doug Delsanter of Dallas' Mohr Partners. He represented the tenant and George Tanghongs of Dallas-based Maverick Commercial brokered the deal for the building owner.
