"After evaluating many other alternatives in the market, it was clear that 8 Federal St. met Aastra's needs, including their requirements for electronic lab and office space," says Hurley. Aastra serves the majority of telephone companies as well as cable operators and broadcasters in North America with a growing presence in Europe, South America and Asia.
The 80,000-sf two-story office building, which has no other current tenants, is located in the Fields Office Campus on the Concord Road interchange off Route 3. BPG acquired the property from Nortel Networks last June and has made a number of updates to the property.
