Properties include the Creative Services Center, 5th Avenue Court Apartment Buildings, and property on 208 SW1st.The seller was Beacon Homes LLC, a partner of Peter Kusyk and Kurt Dalbey, who built up and recently sold The Equity Group, a regional residential real estate firm.
The first tenant in Lake Oswego Crossing was a Starbucks that opened in January 2001. Other tenants now include Alphagraphics, Merchants, Bank, Lake Oswego Dental and Glow Aesthetics. The project is currently 63% occupied. Norris, Beggs & Simpson's Chris Johnson and Bill Smith brokered both sides of the transaction.
