Dan Gostylo, president of the Arlington, VA-based alliance firm, says his group's 80 companies and 1,000 professionals will be dealing with Rebman exclusively on industrial deals.

"When a client of a CORFAC firm needs industrial space in the Orlando area, Rebman Properties will be our conduit, using their market knowledge and expertise," Gostylo says in a prepared statement.

"Likewise, the CORFAC alliance enables Rebman to provide seamless service across the country and around the world wherever a local client has a real estate requirement."

Roger K. Rebman, founder/president of the 17-old-firm, says in the same statement he anticipates growing his client base in North America "while developing business relationships with peers who share our same high levels of client service."

Gostylo says CORFAC is considering other Orlando brokerages to handle office and retail transactions.

CORFAC has 50 North American offices that deal in 90 global markets. Member firms of the networking group last year posted 6,294 office and industrial property transactions totaling 210 million sf valued at $7.6 billion.

The group's worldwide services are provided through its association with London-based King Sturge.
