To sell the one-acre site overlooking the River Liffey in Dublin, Garibaldi has tapped into Dublin-based Ganly Walters, one of the firm's CORFAC International affiliates. According to Peter Blanchard, a Garibaldi principal, the five-building complex on the site was formerly the home of Wyeth's Whitehall Laboratories.

The property is currently being marketed with a price tag of approximately $3 million, according to Blanchard. The site is expected to be redeveloped as a residential complex and one feasibility study by Anthony Reddy & Associates has indicated that it could accommodate approximately 50 units.

For Ganly Walters, the marketing effort is being headed by Paul McDowell.
