The new space will include a fitness facility with lockers and showers for employees, says Jonathan Wechsler of Julien J. Studley Inc., who represented Product Partners in lease negotiations with landlord Arden Realty Inc. of Los Angeles.
Wechsler says Product Partners will occupy a portion of the top floor of the 10-story, class A building.
Arden was represented by Mike Geller and Mark Wolfe of First Property Realty Corp.
