Americall took 11,501 sf at 685 Tollgate Rd. in Elgin, a building owned by Sentinel Realty. It also leased 12,621 sf in One River Place in Lansing, a building owned by Dolan & Murphy.
Equis Corp. vice president David Stefancic and associate Marat represented Americall, which operates 100 call centers worldwide, in both deals. Jeff Ludwig of The Alter Group represented Sentinel Realty.
