GRP Realty represented the landlord, CH Realty Corp. LLC. Siburn also represented CinemaSource eight years ago in the deal that brought the company, which was then a new venture, to its Danbury Road facility.</p> <p xmlns:i=\"incisive-repository\" xmlns=\"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\">CinemaSource will now be located on the second floor of 63 Copps Hill Rd., a 36,000-sf office building, known locally as the \"Duty Free Building\" after a company that once occupied the facility.</p> <p xmlns:i=\"incisive-repository\" xmlns=\"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\">\"This new location is perfect for CinemaSource because the company wanted to maintain its Ridgefield presence,\" Siburn says. \"They were looking for a quality office space that could accommodate their growth and be built to suit their needs. There were a limited amount of quality options in that size range.\"</p> <p xmlns:i=\"incisive-repository\" xmlns=\"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\">CinemaSource is a subsidiary of Hollywood Media Corp., a provider of news, information and ticketing covering the entertainment and media industries. The company has a database of approximately 36,000 movie screens in the United States and Canada.
