FPDSavills and Insignia Richard Ellis have won the leasing instruction. Adam Hetherington, head of West End leasing and development at FPDSavills, said: "This refurbishment has restored 20 Soho Square to an exceptionally high standard to provide modern and flexible office space. We are confident that this property will appeal to a wide range of prospective occupiers due to its premier West End location, size and visibility."
"While a quoting rent has not yet been announced it is anticipated that the building will attract a rent in the mid to high £50's ($75-$80) per square foot."
