Frank Lopriore, managing director at Insignia/ESG of New Jersey, based in Saddle Brook, represented both the tenant and the property owner in the latest transaction. According to Lopriore, 200 Williams Dr. is a single-story, 92,000-sf industrial facility located at the convergence of I-287, Route 17 and the New York Thruway. Ramsey is located in Bergen County, just south of the New York border. Hesco Inc. will use its new space as a main distribution center and New Jersey headquarters.
Besides its Saddle Brook office, Insignia/ESG maintains New Jersey offices in East Brunswick and Princeton.
