Last November, WorkPlaceUSA completed a twin building for Chase at the 35-acre campus in San Antonio's northwest submarket. The facility is designed to accommodate up to 2,500 employees. The total cost for the two-building project is about $43 million.

This month Chase Bank Card Services, a division of the New York-based JPMorgan Chase & Co. financial services company, is to move into 86,000 sf of sublease space at 7050 Fairgrounds Parkway in San Antonio's west submarket. The credit card workers in that building are likely to move to the new building at Westover Hills when it is completed.

Dallas-based WorkPlaceUSA is providing real estate services, shell and interior architecture and project management services for the Westover Hills project and the retrofit of the Fairground Parkway space. WorkPlaceUSA also represented JPMorgan in finding office space in Dallas.

Westover Hills is a 1,270-acre master-planned, mixed-use property developed by Charles Martin Wender of San Antonio. Other businesses at the development include Sea World of Texas, the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort Hotel and Arthur Hill Championship Golf Course, QVC Network Inc., Philips Semiconductors, World Savings National Operations Center, the Alamo Community College District's new Northwest Vista Campus, Oberthur Gaming Technologies and the 88.5-acre Office Campus for The American Funds Group/Capital Group Cos.
