Bowman represented the tenant in the transaction. Partners Joshua and Matthew Adler represented Adler Development, assisted by Gary Green and Wayne Arbus of Resource Realty.

Able Labs, a developer and manufacturer of generic pharmaceuticals, "has obtained a number of new patents and FDA approvals, which led to their need for this space," according to Rob Bowman, senior director of West Orange, NJ-based Sheldon Gross Realty.

In the second transaction, Comstar Interactive Corp. has leased 7,165 sf of flex warehouse and office space at Adler's 160 Raritan Center Parkway in Edison, NJ. The Web-enabled wireless solutions company will use the space as its headquarters. The Adler partners negotiated this lease as well, while Comstar was represented by Ian Grusd, principal of RE/MAX Commercial Real Estate, Moorestown, NJ.

160 Raritan Center Parkway, a 133,000-sf building developed by Adler in 1999, has a tenant roster that includes Pepperidge Farms, Allstate Insurance and York Inc. Adler Development itself was founded in 1961 by Bernie Adler as Readington Associates.
