Greg Bracchi of the Staubach Co.'s Dallas office represented Brook Mays in the transaction. United Commercial Realty's San Antonio office is the Forum's leasing agent. The shopping center at 8222 Marbach Rd., which will be Texas' biggest outdoor center when completed, is a project of Kimco Realty Corp., based in New Hyde Park, NY, and Mike Gribble Inc.
The Forum is situated at Loop 1604 and Interstate 35 in Selma and Live Oak, TX, just north of San Antonio. Anchor tenants include Home Depot, Target, Best Buy, Office Max and Ross Dress For Less.
Dallas-based Brook Mays offers educational services for students and music teachers, repair facilities and rental instruments. It has 50 retail stores in the Southwest US.
