DHL also signed on for 26,396 sf of space at 780 Dowd Ave. in Elizabeth, NJ, in Union County. The site is located near Newark International Airport. Property owner Elberon Development of Kenilworth, NJ was represented in-house by executive vice president David Gibbons, Jr.
Finally, the courier company took 6,000 sf at 151 Industrial Way Easy in Eatontown, Monmouth County. Joel Brudner, chief financial officer, was the in-house rep for the property owner, the PRC Group of West Long Branch, NJ.
