Formerly occupied by The Discovery Zone, the space has been leased by AT&T Wireless (3,000 sf), Cosi (3,000 sf) and Vitamin Shoppe (4,000 sf). Vice president David Keady of HSA Commercial Real Estate, which manages and leases the 725,000-sf shopping center, handled lease negotiations for the owner.
Oakbrook Terrace-based Mid-America Asset Management is leasing representative for Burbank Town Center. Principal Richard Spinell and vice president Amy Bryant of the company represented ownership of the property at the northwest corner of 76th Street and Cicero Avenue.
