Terros Inc., a Phoenix-based mental health services provider and drug and alcohol abuse counselor, will move in Dec. 1. "Terros chose the Phoenix Corporate Center in large part because of its one-stop concept," Keith Lambeth, senior managing director of the Phoenix office of Insignia/ESG, said in a press release. The building's amenities include restaurants, 24-hour health club and common business area with meeting space and copying center.

Lambeth brokered the pact for the building owner, the Phoenix Corporate Center, partnership headquartered in the City of Industry, CA. The Insignia/ESG team of Charles Miscio, managing director, and Todd Noel, associate, also helped negotiate the deal for the building owner. Dick Allen of Allen Tenant Services in Phoenix handled talks for Terros.

The 392,045-sf building, constructed in 1964, carries a quoted rate of $18 per sf annually. It is 76% occupied.
