An industrial building in Walled Lake, MI owned by T1 Automotive was sold to Matrix Systems Paint Finishings. The paint finishing company had been working to find a suitable facility and found one consisting of 21,000-sf with 10,000 sf of office space, situated on 4.82 acres. Senior vice presidents Geoffrey S. Hill and Jon G. Savoy represented both the seller and the purchaser.
The real estate firm also helped sell 2.5 acres of land in Wixom, MI owned by CT Holdings to DOT Development. The land is located at the corner of Beck and West roads. After multiple offers, the listed property sold at the original asking amount. David Giltner, vice president, and Savoy represented both the buyer and the seller.Purchase prices were not disclosed.
