The six-building apartment was constructed in 1961.
The seller was Hughes & Cawthra LLC.
"Cresthill and Patio Plaza was a great chance to acquire a property located in an up-and-coming area," says Terrance Hunt, the Grubb & Ellis member of its Colorado Multi Housing Properties Team, which sold the property.
"The property has large units and is in a close proximity to Sloans Lake and Downtown," he adds. "This will be a stable investment for years to come.
