The four-year-old development serves as corporate headquarters for Houston-based Paragon Engineering. Under a recently signed 10-year lease, it will occupy the entire complex.
Paragon also has an office in Paris. It provides project management, engineering and support services to the oil and gas industry.
Kimberley Partners, a member of the Houston-based MetroNational group of companies, owns the building. MetroNational owns such prominent Houston properties as Memorial City Mall, Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital and the Terrace Senior Living Communities. Gary Dunkum of Houston's Live Oak Capital Ltd. arranged the financing through John Hancock Life Insurance Co.
