SWBC Mortgage offers a variety of financial loan products and on-site application, funding and closing services. Builta, who has more than 15 years experience in the mortgage industry, joined SWBC in May.
Colina West is a 65,264-sf building at Capital of Texas Highway and Great Hills Trail in the northwest submarket. It was built in 1985.
