In the larger of the two transactions, both of which were arranged by Smith Mack VP Kurt Montagano, Unique Industries Inc. has signed for 75,000 sf and has taken occupancy of the space. The Philadelphia-based tenant is a supplier of goods to the party industry.
In the second deal, Albert E. Price Inc., headquartered in nearby Bellmawr, NJ has signed on for 55,000 feet. The company, which is a distributor of giftware, has also taken occupancy. Both new tenants are using their spaces for warehouse/distribution purposes.
Besides its location in Mount Laurel, Smith Mack & Co./Oncor International has offices in Philadelphia and Wayne, PA and Wilmington, DE.
