In leases arranged by the firm's CEO, Bernard Zimmel, the New Jersey Department of Education has taken 13,000 sf of office space at the Business Centre at Edison, a Zimmel exclusive. The asset is a 125,000-sf complex of one-story office buildings in Raritan Center, Edison.
Also, Markantas Graphic Forms and Business Products has leased 18,800 sf at 400 Raritan Center Pkwy. in Edison; property owner First Industrial Realty was represented by Michael Sargis. At 375 Raritan Pkwy. The Award Group leased just over 8,609 sf from Summit Associates. And cable company Suburban at Home has taken distribution space at Brunswick Business Park in South Brunswick.
In transactions arranged by Zimmel president David Zimmel, pharma company Trispharma has leased 7,100 sf at Brunswick Business Park in a transaction co-brokered by John Horan of Coldwell Banker/Feist & Feist; Summit Drilling Co. has taken 18,000 sf at Bridgewater Business Park, Bridgewater, NJ; AA of America, a toy distributor, has signed for 15,000 sf at 12 Edgeboro Road in East Brunswick; and National City Mortgage has taken office space at 67 Walnut Ave. in Clark, NJ.
In a transaction arranged by Zimmel vice president Joel Natter for owner Denholtz Associates, Praxair Energy solutions has leased 9,000 sf of office space at Somerset Executive Sq. in Somerset. The tenant was repped by John Tesser of Colliers Houston. And at 105 Raider Blvd. in Hillsborough, NJ, Natter arranged the lease of 5,000 sf of office space by Minerais USA. The property is owned by New Carson Hills.
